Mozilla Weave

At last, Mozilla has released version 1.0 of Weave , a Firefox extension that allows us to synchronize Firefox between different devices where you have installed, including mobile Fennec installed , as the N900.

Weave synchronize bookmarks, passwords, history and open tabs securely between all computers have it installed. Also, shortly to be added to the synchronization of the addons, plugins, search, and in general, all customization you do to make your own Firefox , such as those made in about: config. You enables data synchronization between extensions such as AdBlock filters, although not easy to implement a feature for developers.

When you are focused on the Mozilla browser, Weave has its advantages over other synchronization as Xmarks extensions, which are mainly more objects to synchronize , but also has a drawback, the inability to synchronize between different browsers, even with minimal support.

Mozilla Weave is free software , and is available for download from the official website, supporting Firefox versions from 3.5 to the alpha 3.7
