Sketchpad, a paint made with the cloud HTML5

Slowly the HTML5 standard is proving what he is capable of thanks to the developers who venture to work with him. Today we found a new online tool that gives us an example: Sketchpad, a drawing program on the classic style of Windows Paint usable from a browser that is compatible with HTML5.

With an interface vaguely reminiscent of applications such as Pixelmator for Mac OS X with Sketchpad can draw using various brushes and pencils, coloring, creating color gradients and patterns … features seen in Paint and even some of Photoshop in a free web application.

You can check the history to undo all changes you want the picture and save our creations because we generated an image Sketchpad format PNG from our canvas. There are some features you miss , eg to use layers (I would do an excellent program for sketching with a Wacom, for example), but its surprising power for a web application.
