While the new Microsoft Office is very different from the first version for the average user probably do not feel very different any other version of the software you are using now. The Office 2010 will be available at mid-June at a price ranging between 100 and 500 dollars.

Here we present some new Chiches from Office 2010.

Insert Web Images

The new versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint have useful “Insert Image” which allows you to easily grab what they want from a browser window and select a full or part of the screen you want to paste into a document. Then you can edit the image within the document, without having to launch an image editing program separately.

Submit Web

PowerPoint now allows you to stream online slides with a single click. There are plenty of alternatives of Web tools such as WebEx, who do this. This method of distribution of slides is a great improvement over having to attach them to an email.

Save your documents on the Web

The new version of Office allows you to save backup copies of your documents online. Web features are not as robust as those offered by Google Docs, which gave people the idea to compose, edit and retrieve documents from a Web page.

There are lots of other minor improvements as a new feature called Sparklines small icons for adding visual.

On behalf of Microsoft , the clarity of the user interface and process for sharing and format documents is much improved.

But clarity is not enough, dozens of buttons and icons mini can be a distraction when all I want is to make a single article or insert some images.
