This week we put a couple of hard drives from 2 quarries. Specifically it is the model ST32000542AS Seagate, a hard disk of the LP series.

The disks of the LP series has the following characteristics:
– Rotational Speed 5900 rpm.
– Less consumption faster disks
– They emit less heat
– They make less noise
– Interface Sata 2
– 32 MB Cache
– Building 1, 1.5 and 2 quarries
The assembly and installation have no difference from the other hard drive. Once you start the PC noticed the differences. The disc is slightly slower than 7,200 rpm. but is perfectly usable on a modern PC. On the other hand the noise is very low. Because next to a Western Digital Caviar Green 5400rpm. No differences were found between the two. On the other hand, the disk is hot recently, much less faster than his brothers.
And so far are proving the reliability of these disks is much larger than the last series of Barracuda.
In summary, a hard drive highly recommended to have a large storage capacity on our PC, priced per giga tight and low noise and low power consumption

Why don't you make one?
