The saga JooJoo (formerly CrunchPad) continues. For those who are a bit lost, and summarized, JooJoo is a device similar to a Tablet PC but especially designed for use on the Internet, being captained the project from the beginning by the people of TechCrunch and the company Fusion Garage . So far, nothing unusual, the problems began when I decided to go past the first Olympian and headings of the project (renamed the device and said it would sell its own).

The Garage Fusion TechCrunch argued that virtually nothing was not involved in the process of creating the JooJoo, so separating them was legitimate. On the other hand rational for the decision of TechCrunch did not like a hair and I have initiated legal action in particular have filed suit in Federal Court for the Northern District of California accusing the Fusion Garage fraud, fraud, unfair competition, theft of trade secrets and so on.

Even though things are so complicated and the judge may consider TechCrunch is right and gets even ban the sale of the device of contention the Fusion Garage have decided to go ahead . They have already released the first official images JooJoo (end of post) and not only that, can also do pre-orders (only from U.S.).

JooJoo finally will leave the market? Who is lying, Fusion Garage or TechCrunch? Then we’ll see what I can is pretty sad if all these squabbles the device does not reach the street, is an interesting pileup.
