Introducing a new battle in the war between Microsoft and Google , the Internet giant confirmed this week the purchase of DOCV system that can deliver online component at Microsoft Word even before you do the company of Bill Gates.

Created by two former Microsoft employees, DOCV allows users to Microsoft Office share and edit your documents on the Internet, using an Office plug-in software that detects and synchronizes changes made to documents .
Thanks to this system files can be handled by many people without the need of sending documents between users and track changes made by each of them.
As you will see, the system is very similar to what will be included in the new Office 2010, the next generation package Microsoft , which hits stores on May 12, offering the ability to store, edit and share documents online.
By confirming the purchase, Jonathan Rochelle, product manager at Google, said he still believed that the network is the best place to create and share information, but accepted that there are still many people who are accustomed to working at their desks.

Google Docs , the company said it with DOCV , people can begin experimenting with some of the benefits of online collaboration using traditional applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
Finally, to nobody’s surprise, the company also said it plans to merge with Google Apps DOCV to create a bridge between the Office and Docs.
