60% of Facebook users arises unsubscribe

According to a survey conducted by Sophos 60% of users are considering deleting his account of the social network. These results came to light amid mounting criticism that Facebook is facing the following changes in the way share personal information to other websites .chau_face_00

The 16% of respondents said that it have dispensed with Facebook as a result of inadequate control over your data.

The head of public affairs for the social network Tim Sparapani , said that Facebook plans to announce changes to its privacy settings in the coming days.

The results of the survey show that the majority of respondents are can of the lack of control that Facebook gives them over their own data. In fact, much still do not know how to configure their privacy settings and find the system confusing.

According to Sophos, a mass exodus seems unlikely , but members of Facebook are increasingly interested in knowing exactly who can view their data.

In total were surveyed 1860 people . Sophos statistics dropped to 272 users who said they were not members of Facebook, but introduced separately, at 254 who said they had stopped using Facebook because of concerns about privacy.
