As on previous occasions I managed to come back to comment approve a new review. In this case stems from Microsoft Small Business Server 2008. It’s the new version of SBS 2003 that it had also approved. It’s a package that includes messaging, security and platform on a single server.

Recently I commented on the certification of Essential Business Server (EBS), well this product is very similar but slightly smaller companies that version EBS. These products had already commented before on the blog but good rendí certification that was recently BETA and now I got satisfactory results.

These products give you credit only for type certification of MCTs (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist), but for now there is no MCITP that is bringing together more of them. If you work with small and medium enterprises and are implementing this type of solution then I recommend that you give up and certified.

The issues that touch on the exam are hardware, licensing (aprendete well as licensed products lately because Microsoft is including these questions in the same), Migrating from SBS2003 (there is a very detailed document on Technet about it), Monitoring , Remote Access, users and equipment, messaging is a very strong also. Acordate that the management console exclusive and SBS are doing all that since aprendetela well there either because they had nothing to do with the independent consoles that you know the products separately.

The logo will show along with the certification of EBS as it relates to both solutions for small and medium enterprises.

The good news is that by adopting this kind of reviews and Partner with Microsoft will also give me a certificate that is special Small Business Specialist. It was updated through this test and I got the product original 2008 version with qualifications that it supports. I leave the logo that can be printed in English or Spanish. In order to get this logo is a need to Partner with Microsoft, SBS pass these exams and then give a review of sales and marketing in the online portal Partner.
